ASSOCIATIONS & FEES

DAVENPORT RIM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION - $365 monthly

The Association is responsible for common area landscape maintenance, private street maintenance, the community water detention pond, the perimeter wall, household water and irrigation. The Association has an elected Board of Directors and is managed by Pioneer Real Estate Services. The Board meets quarterly, typically in the home of a board member or by phone. DRCA

THE HIDDEN PARK

DAVENPORT RANCH MASTER ASSOCIATION (DRMA) - $420 annually

 

Davenport Rim property owners are also part of the Davenport Ranch Master Association which covers roving security by Travis County deputies, community landscape maintenance outside Davenport Rim, and access to the gated Hidden Park.

The Hidden Park is a private amenity for exclusive use by Davenport Ranch residents. It is located off of Westlake Drive, one-quarter mile east of Carry Back and has a key-card gate entry. The park includes a playground, a hard-surface tennis court with backboard and a one-mile nature trail that winds through dense woodlands and across creeks. It is 6 feet wide and paved in a combination of concrete and crushed granite, depending on terrain. The park is a great destination with kids, dogs or for just a solitary walk with nature.

 

Walkup use of the tennis court is permitted, but reservations take priority. Use the following the link to make your reservation.
