Trash, composting, and small yard trash is collected by the City of Austin every Friday morning, and recycling occurs every other Friday. Yard trash that fits into the green compost bins will be picked up; large limbs need to be bundled and cut according to City of Austin specifications.

Please place trash bins curbside the evening before collection and remove from the street no later than 8 pm on Friday. Trash bins should be stored in garages, out of sight from the street or neighboring properties.
