​​When units require repainting, owners should reference the Approved Paint Palettes. These colors are from Sherwin Williams, but you can custom match them with any brand of paint.  

 

For the stucco, select the Body color that best complements the stone color on your garage. Please note that the raised horizontal stucco bands on most homes as well as the window sills and lintels should be painted the same color as the main stucco, and not in an accent color.  The Trim color is to be used on soffits, fascia, and wood trim around the garage door opening. The Accent color is intended to use on rafter tails that adorn some homes.  When it comes to garage door colors, matching the stucco color is always a good choice but the other two colors in each palette are also an option.

Your paint selections must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval prior to starting work. ​​
