Homeowner Associations

Davenport Rim Condominium Owners Association
$380 monthly

The majority of association fees go towards landscaping (see Landscape Maintenance), water and wastewater for household use/irrigation. In addition, the Association provides maintenance of our private street, fire hydrants, the perimeter wall, signage, the community water detention pond maintenance, and reserves for future maintenance.

The Association has an elected Board of Directors and is managed by Carol Wolf Management. The Board meets bi-annually via Google Meet. All residents/owners are welcome to participate.
TownSq
Every homeowner is assigned a Davenport Rim TownSq account when they purchase their home, in addition to a Davenport Ranch Master Association (DRMA) TownSq account. You can toggle between your Davenport Rim and DRMA accounts. Download the TownSq application onto your phone, and allow notifications in order to receive important notifications and emergency communications for our community. All home improvement/landscaping applications should be submitted through TownSq. Important documents and meeting minutes are also posted here.

DRMA is managed by Goodwin & Company. Click on the button below to go to the resident portal, set up payment of annual dues, and learn more about the community and amenities.

The Hidden Park is a private amenity for exclusive use by Davenport Ranch residents. It is located off Westlake Drive, one-quarter mile east of Carry Back and has a key-card gate entry. To secure a card, please click on the button below.

The park includes a playground, a hard-surface tennis court with backboard, and a one-mile nature trail that winds through dense woodlands and across creeks. It is 6 feet wide and paved in a combination of concrete and crushed granite, depending on terrain. The park is a great destination with kids, dogs or for just a solitary walk with nature.
Walkup use of the tennis court is permitted, but reservations take priority. Reservation info is also available by using the link below.
