Handicapped Parking Space

The HOA Board of Directors has recently discovered that the Davenport Rim has not been in compliance with an Austin city regulation that requires a multi-residential complex must have one Handicapped parking space for every 0-25 public parking spaces in the complex.

To comply with this regulation, our management company has installed a Handicapped parking space in the Guest Parking area inside the South entrance to the complex off Canonero Drive. Please note that this space has the same restriction as all other Handicapped parking spaces in the city – anyone parking there without a proper permit displayed in the front windshield or on a license plate will be towed.
