Because of recent irrigation problems and unexpected hot weather over the past several weeks, the Front Yard Policy approved by the Davenport Rim HOA Board of Directors on May 3, 2018 has been modified:
1. Communication of plans to the Board for bringing front yard into compliance with the Policy, OR approval of an Architectural Control Committee (ACC) form - September 30, 2018 (no change)
2. Completion of ACC-approved work, or minor work completion to bring front yard into compliance – October 31, 2018 (extension of one month due to irrigation and weather problems)
If a unit is still not in compliance (according to Board inspections) as of September 1, 2018, the owners of that unit will receive a personal notice via USPS, with a return receipt requested no later than September 12, 2018. These letters will indicate whether minor or major work is still needed. [Unit owners may contact Melissa Pinckard (melissa@pioneeraustin.com) to check on their unit’s status.] These non-compliant owners will receive a $100 fine unless they communicate their plans for compliance (minor work) or an ACC form (major work) by September 30, 2018. All owners not in compliance (work totally completed) by October 31, 2018 will be deemed to be out of compliance and will receive monthly fines of $100 after October 31, 2018, until they bring their properties into compliance. (Members of the Board stand ready to provide guidance to any owner in need of assistance in complying with the Front Yard Policy.)
