Irrigation Update

Davenport Rim Neighbors –

As of Thursday, September 20, the irrigation upgrade is moving along in jerks and bumps. Not expected was the difficulty in finding the final 10 irrigation heads. So far over 90 out of 100 have been found, with at least 3 found under existing patios and decks. Brightview irrigation expects to have most of them found by this Saturday morning, and we will receive an update on Monday.

Here is part of the email from Brandon Schiff (Brightview): “….The controller is up and running on the majority of the property. You will most likely not see the irrigation run with the expected weather, but being on site earlier this week, the landscape looks to be in good shape. The rain last week has served us well and honestly couldn’t of happened at a better time.
