Reminder About Available Websites

The Board of Directors of the Davenport Rim Condominium Owners Association (COA) would like to welcome all new residents into our community.

This is a reminder that we have two websites available for your use:

Our Davenport website: 2800waymaker.com . Here you will find practical information about maintenance, parking, landscaping, irrigation, and others; news and updates of ongoing Board meetings, policy, neighborhood gatherings, etc.; and Association documents and dues information. You can also contact Pioneer, our Association Management Company, and the Board. The Board attempts to keep this website as current as possible. There is no required log-in for this website.

The Pioneer website: davenportrim.nabrnetwork.com Pioneer, our management company (like others throughout the city) manages multiple properties. On this log-in website, you will find city news of interest to COA owners, a Residents drop-down where you can find the latest directory of owners in our neighborhood (reminder: not all owners choose to be listed here), and a Resources drop down where you can make payments of your monthly dues, set up auto-payments, etc.

Both of these websites are relatively new, and all attempts are made to keep their information current.

The Board hopes that all residents will find living in Davenport Rim comfortable and enjoyable. Please contact your Board if you have any comments or suggestions for making the “Rim” fit the needs of you and your family.
