New Occupant Information Policy Takes Effect November 1, 2019

To Owners who are leasing units or contemplating leasing a unit: The Board of Directors posted a draft of this new policy on August 28, 2019, requesting input from owners. The Board received no negative comments on the policy, with only one request for additional language about fines and how to contest fines being received. This information has been added (page 2, para. 3). Many owners have already provided copies of their leases to Pioneer management, and the Board hopes it will receive any remaining lease information by Nov. 1.
