Religious Items and Swimming Pool Enclosure Policies Approved

DR Owners – The above listed Texas legislature-initiated Policies were approved at a special Open HOA Board of Directors' meeting held on Wednesday, October 13. This Board meeting and the policies were announced in a Post sent to the owners on October 12, 2021.

At the Board's next regular meeting in November, the Board will be discussing possible modifications of or additions to these policies, after which they will be finalized and sent to the owners and posted on the Documents tab on our neighborhood website. The Board feels these policies are important additions to our Association rules and regulations, although they will probably have little or no effect on most homeowners.
