Owners are responsible for all exterior home maintenance, and homes must be maintained in good condition. Any work done on the exterior of the home other than routine maintenance, even if it is replacement of something existing, must be submitted for approval by the Board before work begins. This applies to roofs, windows, doors, railings, fences, and light fixtures.  Repainting requires Board review and approval. See more on painting HERE.

Requests for any changes must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for approval prior to starting work.
